Bioactive Microorganism Surface Treatment (BMST)

BMST is a formulation of broad spectrum anti-microbial compounds suspended in a long-lasting polymer based that is design to deliver a control release of compounds in the present of moisture to treated areas over a 12 months period. It is activated by moisture, so the more moisture available, the harder BMST work. More moisture usually means higher proliferation of bacteria, fungal and mould growth. Humans are at risk from indoor bacteria, fungal and mould spores.

Fragments and physical contact (dermal exposure) can cause symptoms such as difficulty in breathing, cough, headaches, fatigue and difficulty in concerntration. This will lead to loss in productivity, higher absenteeism, medical bills, low job satistfaction and high employee turnover. The formulation offers exceptional stability and does not produce Volatile Organic Compound (VOC).

Compromised Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is the root cause of the Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). SBS is a situation in which the occupants of a building experiencing acute health-or-comfort-related effects such as nose irritation, fatigue, asthma and eye irritation that seem to be linked directly to the time spent in the building.
