A perseved whole black truffle of Tuber Melanosporum, washed truffle specially selected by Manjares de la Tierra, cooked, with its own juice and salt. No preservatives or colourants. 

We make a rigorous selection of the truffles for packaging, with respect to their degree of ripeness and their size and shape. 

Manjares de la Tierra only packs whole truffles at their peak of ripeness, and in this way we guarantee their flavour and aroma. This is the product that allows us to enjoy truffles all year round.
