Shockindicator indicate possible damage during transit. Highly visible Shockindicators indicate when an excessive impact occurs that can potentially damage products.
Shockindicator includes 3 parts: backing paper, tube and sticker. The main part tube is filled with red liquid. When goods are still, liquid also keeps still. Otherwise, violent shock and impact exceeds its G value, then impact break the surface tension of liquid and release their liquid. Therefore, your customers and handlers will know clearly that goods are influenced by violent shock and impact during transit.
However, Shockindicator as a visual reminder to handle with care as carriers know the package is being monitored.

A: If Shockindicators are activated it cannot be reset.
Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of Shockindicator?
A: Packing carton of MOQ: 1600pcs, Size: 51*51*58cm. If you need less quantity than MOQ, we can accept 800 or 1000 per carton.
Q: What does G mean in models 25G, 37G, 50G…?
A: G means gravity value.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Lead time is different as per different order quantity and model. Generally, we need 2 to 10 working days.
Q: Do you accept OEM?
A: YES, we can manufacture as per customers’ request. Customized MOQ is 6400pcs.
Q: How about the after sale service for Shockindicator?
A: If customer found Shockindicator are activated during transit, we will add free pieces with same quantity of the broken ones when customer place order on next time.
Q: I received a shipment with an impact indicator on it. The indicator is RED, what should I do?
A: If the indicator is red, some level of mishandling occurred during transport. An activated indicator does not mean that the product has been damaged. Do not refuse the shipment from the carrier.
Note the activation on the bill of lading, inspect the shipment immediately and contact the sender for any additional instructions.
