FATIMAS Breakthrough B&G, is based on beans. What do we have? Green Lentil, Red Lentil (lentils), Black Bean, Garbanzo (chickpeas). This newly launched bread, FATIMAS Breakthrough B&G, of course, is also produced in a clean room antiseptic environment, with “sourdough" fermented to form natural preservatives and two BBT anti-mold chips.
