With our demanding careers in running a clinic cum maternity home, our hectic lifestyles had led us to improper meals and poor well being. We realized as doctors we needed to be healthy to set good examples to our patients and the community.

We came up with a weight management program that helped us to be slim and energetic. It worked. Within five months we succesfully shed off the unwanted weight.

This led us to the idea of sharing scientifically and medically proven ways of slimming down.

On 18th May 2010, DR AISHAH SOLUTION SDN BHD (DAS) was established to provide solutions on smart eating, healthy cooking, and active lifestyle.

Together with Dr. Aishah's cooking skills, we set up a DAS kitchen to demonstrate to people how to overcome obesity through healthy, innovative, and creative dishes. We apply the World Health Organisation's five keys to Safer Food handling guidelines in our foods and drinks preparation.

This is to ensure that our products are safe and nutritious.

On 2012, we produce our very own healthy products with a brand DASTO (Dr. Aishah Solution Tackles Obesity) to strengthen our campaign on fighting obesity.

As of 2023, Dr. Aishah has begun her granola exporting regime in collaboration with DagangHalal to export into the United Kingdom. The whole grain foods are tested to be low-GI (Glycaemic Index) in value and thus shall benefit those who have blood sugar-related diseases (under the consultation of their own doctors, of course). As a granola manufacturer, the current rolled oats assortment being supplied into the UK consists of every muesli inventories found with Dr. Aishah thus far.
