Our unique vacuum drying technology makes the longan to be CRISPY in texture without using oil while able to preserve very high vitamin C content in our producst. CVF's crispy longan serving size of 22 g contains very high vitamin C equivalent to 4 oranges. This drying technology patented by Dr. Jatuphong Varith, one of the shareholders, is able to dry the fruit within a short drying time and low temperature to maintain best nutrition. The technology can make the fruit PUFF and CRISPY without frying, thus no oil to make crispy fruit greasy taste. Now we are offering the new product, CRISPY Pineapple, CRISPY Banana, CRISPY Mango and several more using the same technology in processing. This technology can solve the difficult drying problem of high sugar content in fruit in a natural way. Meanwhile the technology can be part of the food supply chain to reduce the overproduction stock of fruit.
