Our great 23 years' journey  

~ 1998 ~ 
The founder father's stall (Boon Hwa Hokkien Prawn Mee) was first started in Georgetown, Penang. He started off the idea to preserve the original flavor and recipe as he believed in the beauty of the authentic Penang food. 

~ 2001 - 2017 ~ 
Thanks to all the beloved customers who supported us along the journey, it makes us go further & being recognized locally. The rules of thumb is always maintain the quality of the food and understand the desire of the customers.   

~ 2018 ~ 
The increase of the desire towards the authentic food has lead the founder and co-founder to brainstorm the idea of bringing the Penang Hokkien Prawn Mee to the nationwide.

~ 2019 - 2021 ~ 
Thanks to the believe of our 30+ business partners and a total of 350,000 bowls being sold yearly across nation had succeed our partnership idea to brings the Penang authentic food to Nationwide. The numbers will grow every year and we strives for higher record. 

~ 2022 - Future ~ 
We listened to the market feedback & finally came out the new product line-up which can offer the end consumer (3-4 pax packing). In future we committed to all our business partners & end consumers that we will keep our standard for all our products so that everyone knows BH Hokkien Mee is one of the most trusted brand in Malaysia market.
